PURPOSE
In terms of the legal merits of a claim, we will generally be presented with the opinions of an experienced lawyer who will have carefully examined the problems in the case and noted out in detail why they believe the case has a high chance of success.

This will be a 1-hour phone conversation to go over your claims and discuss the next stages and strategy. A rundown of the potential outcomes your case has before the Tribunal, to assist you in determining whether or not to continue. Book your assessment.
Who is it for?
If you are thinking about taking legal action against your employer, then you are one of the individuals who will benefit from this service. People who have filed a complaint or initiated another internal procedure like a grievance, or may have begun the early conciliation process with ACAS, and are contemplating filing a claim with an employment tribunal are considered to be in this category.
