Using our Year Grade Calculator you have the option of separating your modules into years and assigning different weights to each year. When using the university grading calculator, the first year of study does not count towards the overall grade for the majority of degrees. There is often a split of 40:60 for your last two years of school, however this varies from institution to university and is handled by our calculator.

AIMING FOR A FIRST

You will be able to determine the average grade you need to get next year the remaining portions of your class in order to obtain the desired % overall. OVERALL YEAR GRADE CALCULATOR

To begin, submit at least two grades and credits; you may find all of the necessary information on your academic record.

  1. Grade - This is the total grade you revived for a module.

  2. Credit - This is the value of the module in respect to each module it is typically 30 credits (credit for the year should total 120).

This calculator will calculate the weighted grade for the module's assignment and combine it with other weighted grades to arrive at a final overall grade for the year.
