Probate MEANING

When a person passes away, their loved ones have the legal right to deal with their assets, including their property, money, and belongings (together referred to as their "estate"). It is possible that you may need to submit an application for probate if you are listed as the executor of someone else's will. This is a legal document that gives you the ability to distribute the estate of the person who has passed away in accordance with the instructions that were included in their will. It is not always necessary to go through the probate process in order to deal with an estate.
