President of the Family Division MEANING
President of the Family Division is a Senior judge in the Family Division of the High Court. The position is held by Sir Andrew McFarlane who serves as both the President of the Family Division and the Chief of Family Justice at the present time. In addition to the President, who sits on the Court of Appeal, the Family Division is made up of 19 High Court Judges. The President sits on the Court of Appeal.
