Nemo agit in se ipsum

NNEMO AGIT IN SE IPSUM MEANING

It comes from Latin and literally translates to "no one" or "no man." It is also the first word of numerous Latin phrases and adages, such as "no man acts against himself" (Nemo agit in seipsum) and "no one can give what they do not have" (Nemo dat quod non habet). Both of these phrases translate to "no one can give what they do not have." The name "Nemo Dat Rule" has been widely accepted for this guideline.
