Mortgagor

Mortgagor MEANING

A person who obtains a loan from a lender with the intention of purchasing a house or another piece of real estate is known as a mortgagor. Mortgage borrowers may acquire loans with terms that vary depending on their credit history and the collateral they put up for the loans. While getting a mortgage loan, the borrower is required to put up the property's title as collateral for the money they are borrowing.
