Mortgagee

Mortgagee MEANING

Mortgagee refers to the financial institution, such as a bank, credit union, or other lending organisation, that is responsible for issuing your mortgage. In certain mortgage applications as well as other types of documents, it may also be referred to as a "lender" or a "creditor." This is you, the borrower, the mortgage holder says.

LAW BOOKS

Our books will be a useful resource for your LLB, SQE, CILEX, PGDL, GDL, or UOL studies regardless of where you attend law school. The Law Tutor Core Series and Q&A Series are vast collections of legal books written by a former law lecturer and barrister that are used not just for the PGDL but also for the SQE assessment specification, the CILEX qualification framework, and the University of London LLB curriculum.
