Queen’s Bench Division MEANING

The Queen’s Bench Division is the dvision of the High Court which deals with contract disputes and other matters not dealt with in the other Divisions. The Queen's Bench Division is one of the three divisions that make up the High Court of Justice in England and Wales. The other two divisions are the Chancery Division (which was formerly known as the Court of Chancery) and the Family Division. During times when England was ruled by a king, the Queen's Bench Division was renamed the King's Bench Division.
