Declaration

declaration meaning

A sort of discretionary remedy that parties may seek from the court is known as declaratory relief. Declaratory relief is also widely known as declaratory judgement or declaration. A party may ask the court to make a statement in the form of a declaration at any point throughout the legal process. A claimant may prove, via the use of a declaration, that they have rights that are enforceable and that may be enforced at a later point if the injustice persists. In a similar vein, a statement may state that the behaviour of a defendant (or potential defendant) in the future will not constitute a "breach of contract or law."

Law Books

Law Tutor's books, written by a former law professor and barrister, are a complete collection of legal notes geared to the SQE assessment specification, the CILEX qualification framework, and the University of London's LLB programme. The legal books, on the other hand, are valuable for anybody studying law at any institution or taking the LLB, SQE, CILEX, PGDL, GDL, or UOL law examinations.
