Will

Will Meaning

You get to determine, via your will, what happens to your assets, including your money, property, and belongings, when you pass away. You may reduce the amount of inheritance tax you end up having to pay if you write a will and include all of your assets in it. A Will is a legal instrument that, in its most basic form, guarantees that your money and estate are inherited by the people you wish to benefit and, just as importantly, ensures that the persons who you do not want to profit from your estate are excluded from receiving any inheritance from it. Writing a will is a pretty simple and affordable procedure that may be completed in a short amount of time.

Law books

The publications published by Law Tutor are compilations of the legal research notes of a barrister and a professor. These books were written with the LLB at UCL and CILEX exams, as well as the SQE standards, in mind. These legal literature and study guides may be useful for students taking exams like the LLB, SQE, CILEX, PGDL, GDL, and UOL.
