Testator

Testator Meaning

A person who has written and signed their own will. A woman who has executed a will is sometimes termed a testatrix. The most important duty of a testator is to write a will that is not only legally sound but also exhaustive enough to withstand scrutiny in a court of law. Its legitimacy is very important due to the fact that the Will is often put into action after the Testator has died away. If it turns out that the will is invalid, it's usually too late to do anything about it by the time it's found.

Law books

The books produced by Law Tutor are a thorough compilation of legal notes prepared by a former law professor and barrister that are especially tailored for the LLB and also utilised for SQE assessment specifications, CILEX qualification framework, and University of London LLB curriculum. But, regardless of where one studies law, the legal books are valuable for anybody taking a law course or the LLB, SQE, CILEX, PGDL, GDL, or UOL law examinations.
